RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the item has been shipped or entered the production process. When a cancellation request is approved at this stage, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead refer to the return provisions outlined below, where applicable.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible products. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process the return request.

Please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. Returned merchandise should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

If the return is requested for reasons unrelated to product quality, damage, or fulfillment errors, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The amount will depend on the carrier and shipping service selected by the customer.

If the item received is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered due to our error, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs associated with that return.

Customers will not be charged more than one shipping cost for a return process.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will send confirmation by email regarding the status of the return request. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 days after the inspection has been completed. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund after receiving confirmation that it has been processed, please first review your bank account and payment records.

You may also wish to contact your credit card issuer or bank, as financial institutions often require additional processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.
